What's new
# Latest Threads 1.3.18
Two rounds in one update (1.3.17 and 1.3.18). Existing tabs, sticky entries and
member preferences are kept; the widget's settings gain one new position.
## Added
- **A "Page Top (full width)" widget position.** The four existing positions
(above content, below content, sidebar, footer) all sit inside the page's
column layout, so none of them could place the widget *above* the sidebar
widgets — it only ever reached the sidebar's edge. The new position renders
the widget full width, above both columns, on the pages you have selected.
Requires RaxBoard 1.9.0 or newer, which adds the zone to every theme's layout
(including Kuroxis, Vision, Stable and Aslitium, whose bundles carry their
own layout); on an older board the option is accepted but nothing renders
there until the board is updated.
## Fixed
- **The list heading now follows the tab.** Every tab printed "Latest Threads"
as its heading even when a forum or category tab was selected. The heading
now shows the tab's own title — the custom title you gave it, otherwise the
forum's name, otherwise the tab's standard label — and it updates when a
member switches tabs.
- **The settings menu was cut off on short lists.** The widget's own container
clips its overflow (that is what rounds its corners), so the preferences
popover was sliced at the widget's bottom edge whenever the list was shorter
than the menu — one visible row meant one visible option. The popover now
opens over the edge while it is open and the clipping returns when it closes.
## Notes
- Two new phrases (the position's label and description) are seeded on
upgrade; translate them under Languages if you run a non-English board.
