What's new
# Resource Hub 1.1.13

Requires RaxBoard core 1.9.1 or newer. Upgrade in place; resources, categories
and settings are kept.

## Fixed

- **Approving and rejecting now checks the approval permission.** Any admin
who could open the Resource Hub admin pages could approve or reject queued
resources, even without "Approve / unapprove resources". Both actions now
require that permission (super admins are unaffected).
- **Category permissions screen.** When the table scrolled sideways the cells
slid underneath a see-through group column; the group names now stay pinned
on a solid background. Every drop-down is announced to screen readers as
"group — permission", and the page no longer uses inline styles.
- **Download log behind a proxy or CDN.** Downloads were logged with the
proxy's address. They now record the visitor's real IP, following the
board's trusted-proxy setting.

## Removed

- Three admin endpoints (unapprove, feature, unfeature) that no page linked to
and that did not check any permission.
