# Legacy 1.0.0
First public release.
Legacy is a nostalgic, classic blue bulletin-board skin: a grey page with a
white content well framed in navy, glossy navy category strips, a medium-blue
navigation bar, alternating lavender rows, deep-blue links and beveled buttons,
set in DejaVu Sans / Verdana. Dark mode keeps the same structure in deep navy.
## Layout
- **Header** — a light glossy logo strip with the logo mark, the board title as
an italic two-tone wordmark and the board description as a tagline. Below it,
the navbar box: a home link on the left and the welcome box on the right with
your account menu, the current date and time and your conversation and
notification counts (guests get log in, register and the alerts bell).
- **Navigation bar** — medium-blue with dividers and dropdown menus; items that
do not fit move into a "More" menu. Search, conversations, notifications,
style tweaks and the light / dark switch sit on the right.
- **Home** — the forum list is a table with column headers, collapsible
category strips, alternating rows, folder icons for new, read, closed and
link forums, a last-post cell with a jump-to-last-post link and the thread and
post counts. A "mark forums read" strip, a forum statistics box with who is
online and an icon legend follow.
- **Thread list** — a classic table with status icons, prefixes, rating stars,
replies, views and the last post; sorting, prefix filter and thread
management for moderators sit in a control bar.
- **Thread** — a header box with the thread actions, and the classic postbit:
a header bar with the date and post number, a left user column with the
framed avatar, user title, reputation stars, banners and trophies, the
member's stats, the message, a signature divider and beveled action buttons.
The quick reply opens in its own box.
- **Profile** — a navy band with the framed avatar, name, title, banners and
actions, a stat strip and classic tabs.
- **Sign-in** — login and register open in a classic window modal (and as
pages), with the password strength meter and phone verification when the
board enables it.
- **Footer** — a blue link bar with the theme, style and language pickers and
the RSS link, then the credits.
## On phones
- The logo strip is compact, the welcome box sits above a one-row navigation
bar with a "More" menu, and the menu drawer holds search, the light / dark
switch and, for guests, register and log in.
- Forum rows keep the classic look with tap-friendly targets and a one-line
last post; posts show the author as a strip above the message.
## Theming
- 112 style properties across brand, surfaces, header, navigation, forum node,
category header, thread list, widgets, postbit, footer and auth groups —
every one is wired to the stylesheet, with colour pickers for every colour.
- The admin customizer's live preview, layout variants (density, postbit,
thread view, header shape, sidebar position) and design tokens are supported.
- Member style tweaks are supported: primary and accent colour, postbit layout,
avatar shape, corner radius, density, font size and colour scheme.
- Every RaxBoard advertisement position and template hook is kept.
