Hello,
I noticed an issue with the permanent topic deletion feature.
When a topic is permanently deleted, the topic content is removed successfully, but the topic title still remains in the topic list/database. As a result, the topic continues to appear in the forum even though its content no longer exists.
A permanent deletion should completely remove all associated data, including the topic title, content, and any related records.
It would be great if this issue could be investigated and fixed.

Kalıcı konu silme işlemi sırasında küçük bir sorun fark ettim.
Bir konu kalıcı olarak silindiğinde, konu içeriği başarıyla siliniyor ancak konu başlığı/listesi veritabanında kalmaya devam ediyor. Bu nedenle silinen konu, konu listesinde görünmeye devam ediyor ve yalnızca içeriği bulunmuyor.
Kalıcı silme işlemi gerçekleştirildiğinde, konuya ait tüm kayıtların (başlık, içerik ve ilgili veriler) tamamen kaldırılması beklenir.
Bu durumun kontrol edilip düzeltilmesi faydalı olacaktır.
