RaxBoard Trade Points — Add-on

# RaxBoard Trade Points 1.3.11

Requires RaxBoard core 1.9.1 or newer and PHP 8.1 or newer, as before. Upgrade in place; feedback, scores and settings are kept. The upgrade changes no data and adds no phrases.
### Changed
- **Trade Points messages use the board's standard alert.** The success and error messages on the Trade Points pages (the overview, a member's trade page, the feedback form, your transactions and the new transaction form) are now drawn by the board's own alert component instead of a copy of its markup.
- They look the same as before.
- When the board's alert design changes, these messages follow it.
### Fixed
- **Strict Content Security Policy: the feedback selector on a member's trade page works.** The "Received feedback" / "Given feedback" selector switched the list with an inline handler, which the browser blocks under the strict policy (CSP_STRICT=1), so changing it did nothing. It now uses the add-on's own script file and switches the list with and without the strict policy.
- **Admin: the arrow in the latest feedback list is easier to read.** On the Trade Points dashboard, the arrow between the two members of each entry under "Latest feedback" was faded to half strength (3.36:1 on the light admin theme). It now uses the admin's secondary text colour at full strength, which reaches at least 4.5:1 in light and dark mode.
- Screen readers skip the arrow; the two member names are still read in order.
- The dashboard now asks for the add-on's stylesheet with a version number, so browsers load the updated file right after the upgrade instead of keeping a cached copy for up to a week.
