RaxBoard Trade Points — Add-on

# RaxBoard Trade Points 1.3.1
Requires RaxBoard core 1.9.1. Upgrade in place; the add-on re-seeds its phrases.
## Fixed
- **Leaving feedback from a member's profile.** The trade panel on the profile page was injected by a script that only found the tab strip of some themes — on Kuroxis, Aslitium, Vision and Stable the panel never appeared, and where it did appear it offered no way to leave feedback. The panel is now rendered by the server on every theme (the script only moves it into a "Trade Points" tab when the theme has a tab strip) and carries a "Leave feedback" button for members who are allowed to; when they are not, the reason is shown.
- The feedback form refuses a target that is not a real member (the reserved guest account or a deleted id), and respects the view permission.
- Profile links in the panel and feedback cards use the canonical profile address.
- Page titles are translatable.
