RaxBoard Stories — Add-on
A new release is now available on the RaxBoard Marketplace.

What's new
# RaxBoard Stories 1.0.1
Requires RaxBoard core 1.9.1 (uses the shared author-link helper). Upgrade in place; the add-on re-seeds its phrases, permission and setting.
## Added
- **Permanent stories.** A story can be posted without an expiry date. Enable it in the add-on settings ("Allow permanent stories") and grant the new "Post permanent stories" permission (allowed for administrators and moderators by default). Permanent stories show a badge instead of a countdown and can be switched back to a timed story from the edit form.
- **Who viewed your story.** The story owner (and moderators) get an eye icon with the view count in the viewer; tapping it slides up the list of viewers with avatar, name and time.
## Fixed
- The media preview in the create/edit form now uses the same frame, aspect ratio, letterboxing and image orientation as the published story, so a portrait, landscape or EXIF-rotated image looks the same before and after posting.
- Usernames in the viewer, comments and lists link to the member's profile.
- The comment panel sits flat inside the viewer: no stacked shadows, consistent spacing and radius, correct in dark mode and on a 375 px screen.
- Reactions give clear feedback: pressed state, pop animation, count update, an error toast when a reaction could not be saved; motion is reduced when the browser asks for it.
- YouTube stories carry the referrer policy YouTube requires, so they play on boards that hide the Referer.
