Requires RaxBoard core 1.9.1. Upgrade in place; no data changes.

## Fixed

- **Adding a video no longer fails on hosts that disable `shell_exec`.** To read
a video's length and to make its thumbnail, the gallery first checks whether
the `ffprobe` / `ffmpeg` tools exist. On shared hosting where PHP's
`shell_exec` is switched off, that check stopped with an "undefined function"
error. The gallery now treats the tools as not installed and carries on, the
same as on a server that does not have them: the video is added without a
generated thumbnail or length.
