Editor toolbar fix.
- **Dropdown carets sit beside their icon again.** The toolbar buttons were laid
out as a single-column grid, so the caret on the list, spoiler, heading,
alignment, indent and overflow buttons wrapped underneath the icon and made
the toolbar two rows tall. The buttons are now a row — icon and caret side by
side, matching the default theme — and the toolbar is back to one row.
