Global UI Freeze Following a Blocked Security Payload

Description: When forbidden text (like the XSS payload shown in the image) is submitted, the system correctly blocks it. However, this action causes the entire page to lock up. As marked in the image, all other buttons, icons, and menus become completely unresponsive.

Expected Behavior: The submission should be blocked (ideally with a warning message), but the rest of the page's buttons must remain fully functional without needing a page refresh.
