When an account doesn't have set an avatar, a broken 403 SVG link is generated for many forum views
The DevTools console check the following error
The thing is if I look for that svg file in my hosting I can't find it in that path (shouldn't be a 404?), but instead in
Diging in the DevTools I see the issue points to the /js/rb-report-modal.js file as it is marked in red
